Description
The Journey Biodegradable Urn in Fern is a peaceful and eco-friendly way to say goodbye to a loved one. This paper urn is designed specifically for water burial—holding cremated remains just until water permeates it. The Journey Biodegradable Urn is made from the bark of the mulberry tree and organic recycled paper, with a beautiful fern leaf embossed design in a soft green color.
The cremated remains are placed into a water soluble bag (included), then into the Journey Biodegradable Urn via a side opening. The side opening folds to close. A final paper wrap around the urn keeps it securely closed until it is ready to be placed in the water or earth. The water-soluble bag is included. When the Journey Biodegradable Urn is placed in a lake or ocean, it will float briefly and then gracefully sink to the bottom. The hand-made paper will completely biodegrade over time.
