The urn will float for a few precious moments, sink to the bottom, and then naturally break down over time—releasing the ashes. The Shell Biodegradable Urn in Sand is made from recycled paper and paper clay. Each urn is hand painted in tan and orange tones with water-based paints. These biodegradable urns are truly one-of-a-kind items. Each urn comes in a carrying case that allows for discreet transport of the urn until the water burial ceremony.
