In many ways, 2025 delivered an encore. Once again, classic three-band designs carried the showroom, beloved symbols remained in the spotlight, and popular colors held their place on the top shelf. But behind the curtain (our year-end sales data), a different story unfolded. Find out what we discovered when we reviewed the top urn and jewelry sellers of 2025—and which memorials are worth watching this season.
Families Find Comfort in Classics
There’s a reason simple brass urns never go out of style. Decade after decade, these familiar designs remain the preferred choice for many families. This consistency isn’t surprising. It’s less about trend or variation, and more about reassurance. When families are overwhelmed, familiar forms make the urn decision easier.

Blue: Still Best-In-Show
If one color continues to quietly anchor memorial choices, it’s blue. Across metals, ceramics, vaults, and marble, blue showed up again and again—from deep navy and cobalt to lighter sky and aqua tones. Its staying power likely lies in what blue communicates: calm, depth, and timelessness. Blue adapts easily to both traditional and contemporary urn designs, making it an easy and enduring choice.
Hearts: Still Beating (in Sales)
Heart designs continued to top sales in both urns and jewelry. While the icon that we know—and, well, love—first appeared in medieval manuscripts, its endurance shows how universally meaningful it is today. The purest expression of love, families are drawn to hearts as a symbol that spans languages, cultures, and generations—such as in the Loving Hearts Brass Urn collection.
A Return to Nature
To families, nature themes are more than decorative; they feel familiar and meaningful. Sunsets, water, and wildlife offer a sense of peace and place, often reflecting a loved one’s personality or favorite location. This helps explain why they continue to appear as our top selling cremation urns across so many categories, year after year.
The newly introduced handmade butterfly tile—part of our wooden urn collection—quickly gained popularity and is poised to perform well in 2026.
Cardinals Took Roost—and Brought Company
Last year, we correctly predicted that cardinals would be in high demand. Not surprisingly, hummingbirds joined them along the way. Clearly, families connect with the beauty of birds. Historically, birds have represented transitions between worlds, with cardinals widely believed to signal the presence of a loved one after loss and hummingbirds conveying joy and renewal.
Angels on the Rise
Angel symbolism remains deeply comforting for many families, offering a sense of protection, peace, and spiritual reassurance. Because angel-themed jewelry has long remained a customer favorite, we introduced this motif to urns late last year with the Angel Wings Ceramic Cremation Urn Collection. It's immediate popularity with families suggests this design will continue to trend in years ahead.
Honoring Veterans Holds Lasting Value
The data is clear: Honoring military service remains a strong tradition in memorialization. New in 2025, our American-made, cherry wood flag cases were selected by families again and again, reflecting the ongoing respect accorded to those who served. That same commitment carries through in cremation jewelry, with branch-specific pendants—Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines—climbing to the top of selections.
Gold Still Shines
Last year, we forecasted gold tones to trend. Whether in jewelry or urns, used boldly or as an accent, gold continues to do well, signaling warmth and reverence. Funeral homes should consider adding more gold urns and gold jewelry to their memorial options in 2026.
Surprising Trends
-
STAINLESS STEEL TRUMPS STERLING SILVER
Jewelry overall remained strong, but families clearly favored stainless steel this year. Its durability and price point may reflect a practical mindset—choosing pieces meant for everyday wear during a time when families are balancing emotion with economic considerations. -
HELLO, COLOR
In cultured marble, families leaned away from imagery and toward solid, vibrant color. Deep blues, greens, purples, and classic white/gray combinations rose to the top—suggesting personalization through color rather than artwork. -
TURTLES GAIN SPEED
We introduced several new turtle designs last year, and the response was immediate. The Sea Turtle Cremation Urn has performed well since its introduction, and the Green Paper Turtle Biodegradable Urn has already surpassed its unpainted version in sales.
